At ATM Gardens, we take immense pride in delivering healthy, vibrant trees and plants directly to your door. Because we are shipping living material, our handling, packaging, and transit timelines are uniquely bound to the realities of weather and agriculture. Please review our shipping practices below.

📦 PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT TIMELINES

  • Standard Processing & Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 6–10 business days after purchase, including processing, preparation, and carrier transit. This includes the time our horticultural team needs to select, inspect, hydrate, and prepare your plants before shipment.

🚚 CARRIER TRANSIT & DELAYS DISCLAIMER

ATM Gardens partners with USPS. 

  • Transit Time Responsibility: Once a shipment is handed over to the carrier and a tracking number is generated, Once a shipment is handed to USPS, transit times and delivery schedules are managed by the carrier. While we cannot control carrier delays, we will assist customers with tracking issues and delivery concerns. Shipping times reflect the carrier's estimated time in transit after the package leaves our facility, not from the moment the order is placed. We do not issue refunds for shipping fees due to carrier delays.

  • Tracking Your Delivery: It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor tracking information and promptly retrieve the package after delivery. Plants left outdoors in hot sun or freezing temperatures post-delivery are excluded from our guarantees.

  • In some cases, we reserve the right to temporarily pause and hold the shipment of any order if extreme weather conditions (severe freezes, extreme heat and cold).

Carrier Transit Damage

We take immense pride in our packaging, but transit accidents happen. To help our horticultural team file timely claims with USPS, we kindly ask that you inspect your plants and notify us at support@atmgardens.com within 3 business days of delivery with photographic evidence if an item arrives broken or severely damaged. This inspection period helps us address shipping-related issues quickly and does not replace our 60-Day Grow Guarantee.

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, plants are shipped without plastic nursery pots. We ship the complete root system prepared for transit with moisture protection to help reduce transplant stress. For more information, please refer to How We Ship Live Plants
